I'd like everyone to meet Lucy. I am the proud momma of a female (in case the name didn't tip you off) black and white lab mix pup. She was adopted on May 22nd from the Long Beach, WA shelter. Her and her sister were the only survivors from her litter that was drowned. She is about seven weeks old and seven pounds. She is settling right in with me and Pete, the cat. From what I can tell she has a great personality...laid back yet playful. I have a sense that she is going to turn into a little monster when she's a couple of weeks older.
So far my favorite things about her are:
PUPPY GRUNTS!
big floppy feet
cuddling on my lap at work
running through the jungle in the backyard and watching her get lost
